常见问题
- 不登录能用吗？能。Apple 登录只增加跨设备恢复与在线学习教练两项能力。
- 怎么把进度换到新设备？两台设备都用 Apple 登录即可；App 会先拉云端快照，若两边都有记录会让你选保留哪一份。
- 怎么取消或管理订阅？订阅由 Apple 处理：打开 Apple 账户设置，或 App Store 的订阅页。取消后已付周期仍可用。
- 怎么恢复购买？设置 → 学习 → 恢复购买，或在订阅页上的恢复按钮。
- 怎么删除账号与云端数据？设置 → 账户 → 删除账号。设备上的本地学习数据通过删除 App 或在设置里重置来单独清除。
- 为什么题目是英文？主题正文与界面跟随你在「设置 → 通用」里选的界面语言；来源题库本身目前只有英文。
购买相关
- 费用通过你的 Apple 账户结算。订阅会自动续期，直到你取消。
- 14 天免费试用是月付方案上的 App Store 介绍性优惠；同一订阅组下每个 Apple 账户只能享受一次。
- 若订阅页显示没有可用商品，请确认已登录 App Store 后重试。
学习数据
- 学习进度先存在本机；只有隐私政策里写明的可选功能才会把它传到我们的服务器。
- 若某条学习记录看起来不对，删除 App 或在设置里重置即可从干净状态开始。
- 存储内容与删除方式见隐私政策。

Rigora is a study coach for the CFP certification exam: a daily Learn, Apply, Repair, Archive loop over the official eight-domain, 70-topic structure.
Write to service@jingruikang.com and we reply within two business days. Telling us your app version (Settings, Data & About) and device model helps.
Common questions
- Can I study without an account? Yes. Signing in with Apple only adds cross-device restore and the online study coach.
- How do I move my progress to a new device? Sign in with Apple on both devices; the app pulls the cloud snapshot first and asks which copy to keep if both sides have records.
- How do I cancel or manage a subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple: open your Apple Account settings, or the App Store subscription page. Cancelling keeps the remaining paid period.
- How do I restore a purchase? Settings, Study, Restore Purchases, or the restore button on the subscription page.
- How do I delete my account and cloud data? Settings, Account, Delete account. Local study data on the device is removed separately by deleting the app or resetting it in Settings.
- The app shows questions in English. Topic bodies and the interface follow the app language you choose in Settings, General; the source-backed question bank itself is currently English only.
Purchase questions
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- The 14-day free trial is the App Store introductory offer on the monthly plan; eligible Apple Accounts get it once per subscription group.
- If the subscription page reports no products, check that you are signed in to the App Store and try again.
Study data
- Progress is stored on the device first and can be exported to our server only through the optional features described in the privacy policy.
- If a study record looks wrong, delete the app or use the reset action in Settings to start from a clean state.
